I signed up as a Registry participant too. My documentation came yesterday, but I'll have to check when I get back home for the specifics - I can't recall what letter or other details were on the sticker other than "fun field".

Depending on future responses with row locations on the sticker, we should be able to know where we will be.
My sticker from last years(s) are still on my car.
I will check the older ones to confirm that that said one of the 2 "M" rows, but I do seem to recall that they did indeed.

Whatever, at least we will know where we are, but more importantly, know how much room will be available. If registrations did not include the ZR-1 Registry designation, folks may be registered for the show field, but space may not have been allocated in the rows reserved for the Registry.
As problematic as that may be, better to know and prepare for that beforehand, rather than dealing with it upon arrival.

With the new "reserved space" option being offered in the show field, that is noted as sold out, many of the usual spots may have been assigned to those paying up for reserved spots, leaving less for the clubs and others that normally occupied those areas.

Again, our group having been so strong in previous years, would lead me to believe that they allocated sufficient room for us. But if we had very few registrations, they may have re-allocated it out of necessity.
However, they might be able to accommodate us in a different spot.

Well if ZR-1North is T also, then we now have 12 in a row with 11 spots.

To anyone who registered; please add your name to this thread so that we have some idea of how many are registered and will be looking for spaces.
Again, maybe Lance or his staff can find us enough room somewhere, or maybe T means something other than the row, although I doubt that.
Also again, perhaps one of our officers can reach out to Lance.

All,

I've coorded with Carlisle Productions for space, as we've done in past years. This year, we asked for additional tent space, and when I last spoke with them, we had a strong pre-registration.

I doubt "T" correlates to the 2016 map, and trust that the Carlisle Productions staff have taken good care of us. In order to explain the "T", I've sent them an email requesting the 2017 plan. I'll post here when I hear back.

That said, I'm very much looking forward to seeing everyone and sharing ZR-1 stories, as well as wrenching on a few Zs!
