Quote:
Left BG Sun AM ... took a "short cut" to the house via the "Tail of the Dragon". Jeffvette drove my C5 a tad more aggressively than I've ever driven the Tail. Even though I was a little green around the gills during the run, it was more fun than a man should be allowed to have, especially when we rounded one curve and there were two state troopers (blue lights & all) having a discussion with about a dozen bikers. I think it had something to do with speed limits or such. Anyway, the trooper stared and the bikers glared and we were gone. I've got some pics & video which I'll post later. Got home around 8 pm, ate some dinner and Jeff worked well past midnight on the 90. Worked all day Monday and finished it yesterday just before lunch. Geez, that car pulls hard now and the engine just looks great. His work is so incredible and it was a real treat just to watch & learn as he was doing his magic. Anyway, the 3 days after the gathering were just about as much fun as the gathering itself. George |

Re: Bowling Green Pics
Thanks Jim. I really enjoyed meeting & visiting with you. I have more pics of both your runs. They might be able to be emailed but they are fairly large files since I was shooting nearly everything at 15 megapixels. PM me if you want these and I'll burn you a CD & snail mail them to you. George |
