Default Vacuumn line ?

Should the vac line on the driver side that runs from the side of the plenum to under the plenum be able to hold vacuum?

I almost positive it does, it has a check valve in the line from it.

The plenum is creating the vacuum source on the metal hard line from the PCV valves.

you might try a little black silicone . what i di is pull the rubber connector almost all the way offput a dab of silicone on the plastic line at the base of the rubber connector and as i put it back on kept turning it to get an even coating . then i just wiped off the excess.
