Default Torque specs>>

Wanting to verify correct torque specs for:
1. Brake caliper Bracket bolts

2. Rear Brake caliper to bracket bolt (the one that bolts into the
slider mechanism)

3. Oil pan bolts

Thanks as usual ... is there a site or document that shows all the torque specs for the car?

I don't have the FSM for my 90 handy.....but from memory...bad as it is

Front caliper mting bolts 188 lb/ft
rears near 88 lb/ft??
oil pan 20 Nm???

I'll go look them up & check back at lunch time!

My memory is shot

Front caliper bracket mting bolts = 166 lb/ft + or - 15 lbs/ft
Rear caliper mting bolts = 70 lbs/ft
oil pan bolts = 20 lb/ft

The best document is the Factory Service Manual:

http://www.helminc.com/helm/product2...7H78D7VP617SG2

If you decide to pick one up used, make sure they include the LT5 supplement. Much of the info in it is duplicated, but it has some unique diagrams and such. Plus the new cost is the same for the FSM with the supplement or without it, so don't pay more for it.
