Default NYC Area Mechanic Recommendation

Hi,

Purchased a new (to me) 1991 white over red this week. I had a ppi done on it and it seems to be in great shape. However I do not have a mechanic in mind for the regular maintenance near me.

Can anyone recommend a zr1 specialist in the NYC area?

TIA

More of a just in case, I know I will need to get some stuff done, or at least diagnosed. I'm in Northern NJ, someone local would be great.

Any previous history on the car? Was it bought from a dealer or private sale?
I guess an important question would be if the Injectors were changed....

If they go bad the plenum has to come off..That you can do yourself, just take your time ...I knew nothing about working on this engine when I got it but since have taken the plenum off twice and removed injector housings when I had them ported....Everything you see under the plenumis bolted on and the vacuum hoses are easy to follow...Changed out bad starter and changed out coils and plug wires when I had enough off.....Its not difficult and I'm just a backyard mechanic...

Plugs are easy, except maybe for the # 8 plug..Have to do mine soon..

Oil changes are easy.....Just let oil drain at least for a few hours....That's what I was told....
Lots of knowledgeable members on this forum...

OK. I have not taken delivery yet but it's dealer purchased and I will be the 3rd owner, the original owner only drove it a couple of thousand miles. I have no history on the second owner who had it until now. The PPI was clean but I don't really trust it since I know this is a more of a specialty vehicle.

I'm comfortable with doing some of the work but would like to have someone to fall back on if time or size of the job becomes too demanding.
