The LT5 bolt is the correct bolt. Make sure the flywheel is counterbored to accept the large o.d. of the bolt shank and should fit very close. Refer to you old dual mass flywheel bolt holes for a reference.

Even the bolt you show as "LT1" is incorrect for the LT1. The correct bolt would not have threads way up into the pressure plate.
