Re: WAZOO at the RACES
WAZOO at the Races is this coming Saturday, 29 Oct, 8:00 to noon at Mason-Dixon Dragway near Boonsboro, MD. It appears that we will have a good turn out.
No trophies or team prizes are awarded at this event so we will just be racing for fun. Hopefully we can get some first-time racers to get on the track and give it a try. Jim

Can't wait!
Really this is the first time for me at the track.... More and more people are saying they are coming. Should have well north of 10 Z's and a few more fans coming to watch. David |

Re: WAZOO at the RACES
WAZOO stands for: Washington Area ZR-1 Owners Organization
In the Baltimore - Washington - Northern Virginia area we have located and met about 37 ZR-1 owners. We get together for Maintenance, shows, cruises and friendship. In the Fall of 2009, while a bunch of us were pulling a transmission, we decided we needed a name for our informal group. We started playing with the letters and then our good friend Dennis Nebel came up with the name WAZOO. Dennis passed away suddenly this summer, but his memory lives on in our group. No Dues, No Rules. Most of us are ZR-1 Net Registry members. Jim

Re: WAZOO at the RACES
I will be there. My 15 Year old Tires are sitting in my garage. My WAZOO brother the "Wheel Whore" hooked me up with rims so I bought new PS2s
