the weekend was filled with more Z's and names than i can remember but just wanted to say i had a blast, stayed at the holiday inn and every night i was overwhelmed with the people i met and cars i seen, had some food and beers at th RV with the chicago guys and many beers in between, food was great in town, got my heart of the beast book signed by every important person who was there and involved, got many 35mm photos, i couldn't believe i had the only yellow Z there, went on alot of cruises with kevin and his Z, the humidity was unbeleivable there, i was sweating non stop, but oh well. i am tired, sore, still hung over and back at it here in illinois, my yellow Z is filthy from the nonstop rain we drove home in sunday, but that will give me something to do this weekend, gotta get the Z back to the way she was at BG...spotless...hail to the beast and it's followers...brody p.

It was good to meet some of the "south of I-80" boys! All present and past IL Zs are members of the FBI (no dues, no commitments...just fun - and heavy on the racing - come when ya can! Might even have a T-shirt made up from time to time
![]() I'm in Custer Park - bout half way between Wilmington and Kankakee. Been thinkin 'bout mebby doin a pig roast down this-away this summer, if we can find a place to hold it. That way it wouldn't be so far for us southern members to drive! (Could do it at my place, but that means GRAVEL roads. On the other hand, we gotz a football size yard to park cars in and pitch tents, etc, "just in case" someone gets over-served ![]() Good to meet ya. Don't be strangers! P. |
