What is the curb weight difference between the 90 Z and the heaviest of the Z"s 93-95. Are we talking 3lbs or hundreds of pounds. And what makes them heavier?

There isn't much difference in weight between years.
They're all within 3450 +- The later cars have styrofoam bumpers,lighter seats and lighter door panels. Pete
