Default AC Leads

Does anyone know the colors of the wires leading to the AC clutch? One is black ground, but can't see the other without pulling plenum. I suspect it is smashed by the plenum and therefore is shorted[emoji15]. Thanks for any info.

Don't know the color but yes you are correct that the ac compressor wires must be routed carefully or they are smashed. Looks like with this and the whistle it is time for a plenum pull and get all things corrected

Agreed! I am going to order the thick Jerry's gaskets. I am having a good mechanic I trust to do the work, although he has never worked on an LT5. Is there something good for him to follow? Perhaps time to buy a shop manual. Thanks!
