Thanks for the info Tony..

I have one catch can.. top is intake vaccuum, bottom goes to the PCV valves which come from the IH so mine is similar but our PCV are in different locations in the path.. not sure it will make a big difference where those are though

So you HAVE integrated the catch cans in vacuum 'series' with the PCV?

Mine are:

Intake Vacuum -- Top of Can -- Bottom of Can -- Top of PCV -- Bottom of PCV -- IH

So that should be the best way - right? Gets the oil out of the line ASAP???

The purpose of the PVC is so that when you are WOT the PVC stops or minimizes the oil from being pushed in by the pressure created by the crankcase.
We all know it doesn't work to well. At WOT there is no vacuum present on the crankcase, the pressure then builds and oily mist start leaving the IH. Having a oil catch cans helps in capturing this oily mist and prevents it from being ingested into the intake.

How did you secure the ends of the header

Next: a write up about your meth system.
I used stainless mig wire and header bands to secure the wrap.
I already did a write up on my water/meth injection.
