I own purple/black '95 VIN 140.
My windshield delamination is just starting to go from barely noticeable to average for an almost 20 year old ZR. Someone mentioned above that if finger prints and streaks from washing is left on the back side of the glass, that causes delam to develop. I agree with that. Right around the cutout, where one's fingers touch the glass when installing/removing a radar detector, my windshield has that orangish/brown delam which looks like finger smudges and fingerprints.
