Service Engine light and Code 54
Hello all, need some guidance. I have a 1995 ZR-1with almost 28K miles on it that stranded me. I got it back up and running with a new battery however it is giving a Service Engine light and code 54. As i understand that indicates low voltage on the fuel circuit. So I have replaced battery and both fuel pump relays. I had also replaced both fuel pumps back in September of 2020 so they only have around 200 miles on them. The light and code re-appear after being cleared. Any ideas where or what i should look at next? Thank you for your help.

Several things can cause that code. One of the more simpler ones is a bad fuel pump relay. Cheap and easy to change if you want to just try that first.

Follow factory service manual diagnostic tree for code 54 is my best advice.
