Default What else during header install?

My header install kit from Marc will be here in a few weeks. What else should I consider doing while I have things torn apart for the install? Fuel filter is on the list already.

How about a thorough cleaning of the engine compartment while you have a little more room in there. When Marc had my '95's engine out, he spent two hours cleaning the engine compartment and it never looked better. Lots of nooks and crannies that you can get to with everything in place. Even if your engine isn't out, losing the headers give you some opportunity to clean better than usual. --Bob

Good call Bob! I pulled the wheels a few weeks ago and cleaned up all the suspension & brake bits. Will definitely do a more thorough cleaning with the fender liners and manifolds out of the way.
