A good time! Yeah, buddy! I'll try to make it in time Thursday to drag race - or spectate at the very least! Watching those big FBI motors (and Pete's incredible machine) run is worth the trip!

As I told David in an email, I am in but not yet certain I can get down Wednesday night. I will try and expect to and should know shortly. But questions: can we have more than 8 cars? What if several unregistered cars show up and want to run and pay a fee? How much time will we have? When would it start, etc.? Inquiring minds....Bob

May be I can answer your questions Bob.
Can we have more than 8 cars? Yes
What if several unregistered cars show up and want to run and pay a fee? More the merrier , let's play !
How much time will we have? Plenty of time , not trying to be a wise guy either.
When would it start, etc.? @ 2-3 pm

We should make a move on reserving the track asap. The diesel boy's all ready want it. They knocked us out last year. Then didn't want us running with them !

One more thing.........spectators ? You want to watch ? WTF ? Get behind the wheel and have fun with the car ! That's what these cars were built for.

If some one dosen't feel they can drive "good". Just remember we all started some time. Start now.

Car's with sticky tires and plenty of horsepower are prone to breakage. Most of us don't have to worry about that.

Life is short , enjoy life to it's fullest while ya can !

Just make sure I didn't miss anything, Frank--Thursday is May 16, not the 15th. I could not get there to race on May 15 but I can get there for Thursday May 16 racing. Plan to arrive Wednesday 3/15 late afternoon. --Bob

Hopefully the club back's me up on this deal (cough-cough) A lot of time is invested in this. Dallas the track owner is a good ole boy , we know each other for a long time and I'd hate to waste his time.
And yes Bob racing would be on the 16th.
