WTB License plate holder

I recently bought my childhood dream car! Unfortunately my 91 zr-1 is missing the license plate holder. Does anyone happen to have one or know where I can get this unattainable item?

I make these occasionally from molds I made off the OEM license plate frames. Plan on making a run of 6 in mid June. Let me know if you are interested and I'll put you down for one. $200 plus shipping.
Wish I could charge less but they're fair amount of work to get decent results.

I've seen a couple of posts about these. Are these no longer available from GM? Were they ever?

When I bought my first Z in 2003 it was missing and I was able to order NOS from a dealer. Since then it seems it has been NLA for years. It is great that technology has allowed people like Phil to reproduce NLA parts for our cars to keep the dream alive. 🤙🏼

I am in the final stages of closing the deal on a Z. The owner is waiting for the title to show up. The car is missing the license plate holder. He was unaware that there was anything supposed to be there. Also, my favorite part of the deal has been, him asking me "Do you know what this little key does?" Me: "Why yes...yes I do. Let's go for a ride. I'll drive."
