Now I am really confused. I always thought " well-bought" by the buyer, kind of means "given- away" by the seller. Just kidding. An early poster said it best. No place to sell a ZR-1. You are right on the drop in the C-7 Z06's. It's a shame. C-6 Z06's with under 20k miles sell in the high 30's, and they were 80k cars. New Corvettes are still new cars, and depreciate accordingly, just like any other, not unique to the Vette. The uniqueness of the Vette and some others is they eventually bottom-out then start moving upward. Looked at another way though, very many great opportunities out there for buyers as long as they are OK with buying a 2-10 year or older car. Find the one that the former owner obsessed over with low miles and you have hit a real homerun that sails far out of the park! Many even have strong "new car smell"! Marty |

You seem to say this about every car that is sold. If they are all going for those prices, I don't think it's that they are all being given away, I think that just may be the going price of them, at auction anyway.

Re: ‘90 red/red 22k miles on BaT
I don't know anything about this car but what is addressed in the posting.
I would hope that the buyer has done his research and knows what common issues have or have not been addressed. Seems like I either saw or heard it had original tires. If it needs most of the common issues corrected, low 20K is probably the money. (Tires, radio, injectors, you know the list.) If the car is "fully vetted" with everything working, I'd think mid to upper 20's is the price point. Mine just like this with 35K on it is really close to being in the "fully vetted" EVERYTHING works category. I think it would be worth the mid-20 mark. This is just my opinion, so please take it for what it's worth.
