Its works well.. they matched my paint perfect. The only thing is if the chip / scratch is deep, you may have to put a few coats on. But its easy to use and even has held up to numerous washings and waxes.

I've used them with success. Deep chips or scratches sometimes take a second coat. Another member recommended Langka and specifically said he got good one-coat coverage. I'll consider both products once I've used up my remaining Dr. Colorchip product. In the meantime I'm happy with the results I get from Dr. C.

A chip down to the primer, I guess would be a deep chip, yes?

I've had great success with the Langka kit. I couldn't see where the repairs were - on a BLACK car. None of this "second coat" stuff for me.

Thanks Fellas, Ive got both of these kits. Ill try Dr Colorchip on the smaller chips and try the Langka on the larger ones.

I also had good success with Dr. Color Chip. It doesn't fill the scratches, merely colors them with matching paint for they are less visible. Works as it is supposed to. For deeper scratches you need to fill, paint and sand/buff smooth. On the recommendation of my detailer, I used Dr. Color Chip on my Polo Green 1995 before I had a paint correction done. It looked like a new car afterward. --Bob

Dr. Colorchip worked great on my White Vette. I actually had a dime size flake of paint come off and it covered it pretty damn well. Highly recommended. Get the squeege and get another microfiber towel and blending towel.

I've used the DR Colorchip on several cars. For me the key was to use a flat artist type paint brush (Walmart). It went on really smooth. It even worked well to build up the door edges where there were fairly deep chips from door dinging. Sanded with 2000 and a little polish and you could not tell where I did the repairs. I really liked the stuff.
