Default Tire recommendation

hey y'all,

selling my ZR-1 to make more room/time for a project 'vette. any recommendations for new tires? the existing rubber is old and starting to crack.

Sumitimo, good tire, come in the correct rear size and inexpensive.

I agree with the goodyears, only Y rated tire in correct size, but if selling car then they are pricey, I just got a few months ago out the door, taxes, disposal, mount, stems, road force balance, $606 for 2 rears, and felt that was a great price

Good dry traction and you can drive sanely in the rain. Put something decent on the car for a reasonable cost, the new owner will appreciate it. Sumitomos are garbagio, stock car, dry roads, they break traction on the 1-2 shift.
