Default F*U* car (just unloaded 9mm on motor).

Well, sort of, anyway here (and the thought HAS crossed my mind here (but that doesn't take long either ) ) .

Good idea there Cliff - after seein' mgbvr8's handy gizmo-bob in operation...

So I looked to see if a USB scope could be had (lot$ cheaper, but 20 miles away), and then found one local, for a few $$ more):

What car tools have you gotten for Christmas?

And thanks to all the guys who didn't whine when I posted those FSM copyrighted / licensed stuff in my threads...

( and to think I complied with a mod's request to delete a pic of him in a Challenge Car in NCM Museum, so he wouldn't get in hot water)

Thanks to several guys here for sending parts FREE; BearlyFlying, WeGone, Geezer, GoldCylon, and more there, TonyD, mike100, fletchusmc...

Yep........The Bore Scope is super and I used it to make sure I did not drop something into the cylinders....and checked the cylinder walls....SUPER

If you want to take a look at what is under the plenum or check your brake pads..........The Wireless Bore Scope is ideal

Wireless Bore Scope

These are fantastic......broke a valve spring on the z06 couple years back, went down inside the spark plug hole to make sure no piston to valve contact occured.

It did the trick and confirmed no damage, saved me from pulling the head.

BOY-YO-BOY, I can see a couple dozen times I could have used one of those! Gonna have to look that one up; check 'em out. (Possibly use as a bore scope too (on bigger firearms, doanchaknow).

Thanks for the post!
