Shout out to the ZR1 family.
Ive been looking for a zr1 for several years and I finally got one about a month ago. It wasn't exactly what i wanted and the car had issues but man i will tell you i have never met a better group of guys. Every phone call i made about a car pretty much ended with a friendship even if the deal didnt work out. When i got this car i wasn't expecting to have to do all the work i had to do to it but i wanted to give a big shout out to pete near chicago who has answered many dumb text and phone calls. Another is leo not sure what his forum name is but he was a big help. Steve in ocala florida and the list goes on and on. I also talked with a 90 year old man in Seattle who was selling a 1990 he was great. Anyway zr1 guys are tremendous and even though i may sell this one and get a better condition one i am proud to own this car and learn from you guys. Thanks Steven (Nashville,tn)

Welcome! Yup best group of car guys there is! Hang in there you’ll get it sorted. To some, like me, that the best part.

Re: Shout out to the ZR1 family.
Congrats and welcome. This group is the only reason I still have my ZR-1. A few years ago I was going to give it up, but this family makes it worthwhile. I can’t imagine any other car has a following like this. You’ll really see when you attend your first Gathering.

Re: Shout out to the ZR1 family.
I wholeheartedly agree that this forum is what's keeping the LT five alive What some research or shout out you will get the correct part number and the correct assembly and where to find it and you will save money. I had a great time meeting everyone at mountain run six. I encourage anyone reading this to get together at some event near you
