Well Paul, I wasn't referring to that type of "gas" but u Canucks always have a lighter perspective on things.
I am glad u have discovered that exercise has made a difference in your life. I will tell u that cycling has made a difference for me. No statins, no enalapril, no anti-depressants. No medications. However, I do take a dose of ZR-1 every once in a while. That and a glass of red wine.
