Using dremmel grind hole in the side of the old relay to run the wires out:

I put a small piece of tygon tubing to protect the wires from chaffing on the sides of the hole in the relay cover:

Crimped and soldered spade lugs for the new relay & quick mount base. I also back filled the tygon tubing with black silicone sealant to protect the wires and seal up the relay:

Installed into the ABS pump:
Used Tech One to clear the codes and no more problems.
