My understanding is that Bilstein considers shocks with a Delco label to be a GM part and there are trademark issues with GM. There are other rebuilders which will rebuild them with a long lead time, such as;

But if you are going the judging route a rebuild is the way to go. Additionally I hesitate to just throw these away, someone may want to clean them up, have them rebuilt and have them available for future judging.
