Because they likely didn't understand maybe what it was that they were offering.
TODAY that will or has changed and if it wasn't sold yesterday and cash changed hands I doubt that the original
ASK would do the buy
UNLESS there was an obvious reason for the low ask known to the seller.
U or you wouldn't matter if you/u knew what you had it would certainly have been posted. Unusual photos posted, some of the more meaningful ie. SPID, "Certification" and if it's a Canadian build which is likely I believe there would be the "MapleLeaf" on the door or jamb.
