Re: Tensioner Pulley

While changing out the serpentine belt recently me and my mechanic noticed that it didn't spin smoothly. It was kind of like a car wheel only being held on by a couple of lug nuts. You can actually...

Re: License plate screws

Hi Phil,

These are the screws that hold the license plate itself in place, correct? Are there separate screws for the frame or does that basically fall off when you take the plate off?

Re: Tensioner Pulley

I tried to pay my dues about a month ago. The Marketplace store would not load for me. I emailed the Registry regarding the issue and didn't get a response.

Re: Correct Part - Brake Master Cylinder

Wow, the info on that page was very helpful actually. Now if only Eckler's price was a bit more competitive. Their master cylinder is more than double what other sources are asking.

Is the safety switch GM Part # 10074131?

Do you know if I need to be concerned with the correct port size on a 94', 3/8 v. 12 mm?

Re: Got the Right Parts?

Correct, I referring to the clamps. A few posts had recommended adding the clamps when changing out the pumps due to the fragile nature of the plastic ones.

I am in the process of getting my ZR-1 out of a 20 year hibernation where it largely served as a 3,500 lb. paperweight and garage ornament.

As part of that process I want to 'refresh' the...

I found some more codes, but not 100% sure they are correct for the year.

Some information indicates the following:

Re: New ZR-1. New Issue. Stalling Once Warm.

I have read through the article prior, that's where the info about the ECM codes not being visible comes from. And I couldn't find code 61, strange.

Re: New ZR-1. New Issue. Stalling Once Warm.

Hi Marty. While I will grant it as possible it could be brake related, based on other data it seems unlikely. If this helps, tonight I did a small test. Leaving it in valet mode I put it in reverse...

Already did. Below are the codes, but of note on a 94' the ECM codes are not visible without a reader.

Module 4 - Engine Control...
