Well very interesting find. Non of the sensors was causing my problem or a vacuum leak. I was able to borrow a ecm from a friend and put my prom in it. Now no SES light and all seems to be working...

I tried to find a used ECM for over a year. I finally sent my ECM to Tom Henry Chevrolet to get rebuilt. Good folks to work with and good turnaround time.
