This would confirm that it's purpose is to defeat the resistor pellet in the ignition key. Also known as VATs.
What's is your plan for the harness?

I would guess it's the defeat for the resistor pellet in the key. Quite a few conversion harnesses came with a similar box. Could tell for sure by tracing the wires back to the Ecm connector. Wish...

Not sure if they are zr1 specific but I have 1 from 1990. Doubt it would be worth your while because of the shipping though. If you can't find one I can check into it for you.

WTB: Throttle body parts

Im looking for some parts from a throttle body. If anyone has a damaged one that they could part out that would be great. Im doing an individual throttle body setup on a 94 LT5.

Any preference over ALDLDroid or Tunerpro Jeff? Tunerpro will datalog and edit in one package. Does this keep things simpler?

I see you mention the Moates Apu1 and the Ostrich 2.0 Doesn't the APU1 also do emulation or does the ostrich 2.0 do a better job.

Well, some things are too good to be true. Ad showed a zr1 with the lt5. Asked for more pictures and the ones he sent were an 87 tpi. Some people just don't have a clue! Thanks anyways for the help.

Whats the value of an Lt5 these days?

Looking at a 90 LT5 with wiring, ecm and transmission. Don't know mileage but lets say under 60000. What is the value? I want to make an informed offer on it.

I find it funny that he states its brand new, never bolted up. It's missing the screw and you can easily see the marks left by the mounting bolts!:-D

I use the liquid loctite pipe sealant. It comes in a white tube but I cant remember the number, maybe 647.
