Who's doing porting these days?

I'm getting ready for the winter build work. I don't really want to do the intake porting work myself, although I may. But, who out there is still doing the work for a fee? I know Mark H and Cory do, anyone else I'm not aware of?

Pete! That's right. Didn't realize he's doing this stuff pretty much full time now.
Thanks

I've got my intake at extrude hone. Doing the inlet myself. Just didn't have time for the intake.

Yes I do, $900 plus $600 core charge refunded when I receive your parts.

Hans,

What is the ultimate plan, ultimately?

Ultimately? With 180k on the engine that's a tricky question. I really need to assess the health of the bottom end, timing chains and heads. While great engines, it won't run for ever. But I may leave that for a later time since I want to see how far I can go in original form.

I think as a first pass this winter I will simply port the plenum and injector housings, paint them and the valve covers. Do headers and exhaust. Change out the clutch and install a Fidanza (already sitting here). Add a Hurst short throw and c-beam plates. Top it off with a tune. While in there I need to check the intake valves for carbon and assess the health of the trans.

That should pep things up.
