plenum

Question: like to know how one is able to port and polish the opening inside the plenum all the way thru the other side,by doing the side connecting the injectors housing would not do anything unless one is able to do it the full lenght of each runners and not just the extremity.one way I am thinking for a real completed job would be to cut the recess top of the plenum and make a recess step half the thickeness and reach the otherside of the runners from there and then drill and tap and instaled a new plate where it was cut out.Anyone has ever done it that way? That would make a much better job and a flow graf should prove my theory, also it is a mistake I think to break the wall to the secondery ,the air will run smothered in each individual runers since the injector housing opening are not connected.would like some input on this by some here who know about this ,since I am going to do my plenum next month and do want to spend $$$ and time in the most efficient way.
