Throttle tension?
I can tell when accelerating that there are two different tensions when accelerating. The first part of the throttle is very easy and then gets a little stiffer. Is this normal and is it the secondary's kicking in?

Re: Throttle tension?
The throttle is progressive in that only the small butterfly operates the motor for idle and part throttle mainly, then the secondary throttles plates open (throttle body)

Glad I'm not the only one who thought that.

Re: Throttle tension?
Dom is of course correct. But, just to clarify, don't confuse the pressure to open the main TB ports with the Secondary Port Throttles which are located in the Injector Housing and controlled electrically: you will feel no change in foot pressure when opening the SPTs.
