New Camshaft Blanks
 

All,
I am commissioning a new run of billet camshaft blanks. I have had these in my 427 for more than three years, and the durability is proven. The key is proper heat treat. The more sets we order, the lower the price, such is the cost of initial design and setup. I want one set for myself, and there is one other individual signed up as well.

Unfinished Cores: $2400/set
Finished Cams, custom lobe profile: $4400/set

I would need a deposit to place the order. Lead time would be ~6 weeks.

I will let you know on lead time and price. I don't expect it to be fast, though. Probably 6-10 weeks.

I've got one definite "yes", need three to make the price lower. Can be finished to any specification.

OK guys. There is some interest out there. It's going to be a few weeks before I have a price, but like I said, 4 custom billet shafts will probably be in the region of $3000. I'll let you know more when I know.

Let me know if you want these finished to your specs, or semi-finished blanks for finishing at your choice later on. If finished, we'll have to discuss your requirements. I don't really want to get into generic profiles.

going, going....

need to place the order this week. Even if you might not have an engine yet, this is the last shot at blanks. There's not another source, as far as I know.
