thanks for the info on where to purvhase the shifter.

I am looking to replace my B&M with the Hurst shifter on my 95, does anyone have experence with this or tips? I do not have the orginal shifter so I don''t know if it is a direct swap or if I would need any additional parts that don't come with the Hurst.

thanks

Do these shifters accept the stock handle and the reverse lock out ring? Can anyone upload a picture of this shifter already installed in the car?

Thanks.

stock handle... YES

Lock ring.. NO

you can have ZFDOC modify an OEM handle to be shorter with the lock out ring.. I think that will make it close to the hurst

My 90 with a Hurst and a C5 Shift knob but C4 pattern insert

Just had my 91 shifter done by Bill and the work was top-notch. Feels very clean and crisp. To my knowledge, no one else but Bill can supply you with a short throw shifter that retains the lockout ring. One slip into reverse instead of sixth and he'll get your business anyway, repairing your ZF!!! You'll wish that you had paid the extra $$$ to retain the lockout!!!
