I little heads up on disassembling the throttle body for those who don't know. The screws that hold the butterfly valves on are melted on the backside to make them flush with the rod they are mounted on. So backing them out will distroy the threads in the female. If you want to remove the secondary throttle flaps you have no choice. They will have to be retapped the next size up and new screws locktighted in there.

You just grind off the swedge. The problem with that is there was nothing sticking out the back to grind off. Where you see the tip of the bullet radius was flush almost recessed down in the throttle rod. I would have had to grind into the throttle rod to take the bullet nose off. I just didn't see any other way.
