I am looking for the above part. It is part of the ABS system and is located behind the radio in the dash. Must be in good working order.

John, remove your stereo head unit and it's mounted to the console with two screws. Put it in your hand. You should feel the pendulum swing back in forth on the inside. If it doesn't, whack it against your hand to free it.

Is this unit "below" the radio? According to the SM it is below not behind the radio. I do not see why you need to remove the radio unit. I also am still looking for one of these.

John, it does sit below the radio, but access to the area is tight.

Hi Jeff, I already took it out with no problem. Used a 1/4 ratchet with short extension.
When I pulled it out I shook it and did not hear or feel the pendelum. I banged it on my hand until I heard a slight movement inside. I replaced it and took the car for a ride. No go on the fix, still get the "Service ABS". I have a used one coming from a guy on the Net. Hope it works.
Thanks
