Hi all,
I am in need of the rear emblem for a bright red 91 ZR-1. I need the one that says CORVETTE not ZR-1. I can't seem to find one anywhere. Let me know if you can help.
Thanks,
Darrin

I tried to order from them, they are on back-order and I don't expect them to get them in.

It's for my buddy who is bringing his newly aquired 91 ZR-1 Callaway Supernatural 490. He really wants it right when you guys see it for the first time!!! So I would like to find it for him before Carlisle.

I also spoke with him, that is for a 84-90 regular C-4.
But thanks, keep the suggestions coming.

According to his web site he has one Torch Red which may close enough in color to work:

I just saw that and sent him a question. When I spoke with him earlier, he said he didn't have one. I'm confused!?! Hopefully he will respond tomorrow that he has what I need. Thanks for looking for me Phil.

That's also for a 1990 ZR-1, or any earlier regular coupe. On the 1991+ emblems, the lettering is larger, but the most noticable thing is the more squarish font. The letter "C" for example looks like three sides of a square vs the 1990 that looks rounded like a horseshoe.
I have thought about putting the later '91 bright red emblem on my car because they look a lot better. But as the OP has discovered, they are quite hard to find.

Darrin has a 1991 ZR-1, the emblem we have is for the 1990 only. It's VERY rare to find a Flame Red 1991 CORVETTE emblem.
I'm unable to supply exactly what he needs, as to the Torch Red, forget it, it will looks silly & will not match.

Phil bought the one that Kurt had for me. I will try it on my friends car, if he doesn't like it I will keep it for my 90. Thanks to Phil for buying the emblem before it got away, and thanks to Kurt for looking for me.
If anybody comes across the one for the 91 let me know. Thanks to all for their help and input.

The standard 91+ does not have an emblem - CORVETTE is formed in the rear panel. So the emblem is ZR-1 specific.

Um, ok? I'm pretty sure we are all talking about emblems for a ZR-1, no?
