Where can I get the original shocks and actuators rebuilt, need to keep all original pieces. Going for Performance verification award at NCRS event.

Contact Bilstein. Recently I read a thread where after rebuild shock came back looking shabby. At least cosmetically.

Correct keep in mind while they will rebuild your shock thats it. They will not repaint it or resticker it for you. So if its nasty going in... Its nasty coming out. Just FYI
