Hello all I am new here, this car was bought in early 90's by my good friend. At the time I had a 70 Convertible. We spent many weekend together at shows and family events, together winning over 100 awards. I am sorry to say he lost a long fight with cancer. I could not see this car go to anyone else so I bought it from his wife.

He will be missed

Very sorry to hear about the loss of your friend. It's great that you were able to keep his car for him. No doubt he wouldn't have wanted it any other way.

Also, welcome to the ZR-1 brotherhood. You have a very fine looking ZR-1 there. Drive it in good health.

Sorry for the loss of your friend. He obviously cherished this car and no one better to be its keeper! 90 ZR-1 in yellow....best looking ZR-1 made!

Hello and welcome to the forum. :handshak:

I actually spoke to Ellise about going to see it for a forum member, but was never able to coordinate a time. She said it was sold to a person who knew her husband and that they would be keeping it the same as when he owned it.

It looks great and can tell it was well taken care of.
