My car really stopped traffic=D>.....died at the interseciton of Algonquin and Randall........

Had a cop pull up behind me so I didn't take one in the ***! We BSd for awhile as we waited for a tow truck a Honda S2000 came around the corner with tires screaming..........I turned to the cop and said.......I never do anything like that! He about lost it......

I also asked him to stay away from the front of the car(no plate)

I give Credit to Dominic for catching this...

But for those who hate the visable engine cover on the new ZR1(myself included). Here is a shot of one of the 60s worlds fair cars....with top of the fuel injection system peeking through the hood.

Look familiar?

Is this car a unicorn or something? Seems like we have quite a few more
ZRs in Illinois than previously thought! Apparently we discover new planetoids
in the Chicago-Haibeck system all the time.:sign10:

DId not get the mileage.. but it is low.. if I recall under 10K..

He had a little black sheet covering the VIN, btut he window sticker was int he center of the car.. best I could tell is is #305.. might be 205 though

I could not see clearly that far and had a friend try to look, he said he thinks 305

I don't believe it could be #'s 205 or 305. #205 appears to be a Ruby and #305 looks to be a polo green / tan car.

His name is Robert J Lojewski II

Gilberts IL

no Vin in the booklet but it has 2148 miles and this show was the first public showing of this car. ( guess that is why the VIN was covered..
and is claimed to be one of 11 with White interior

I bought my 90 ZR-1 with 4800 miles on it in the spring of 2000 from Buds Chevy in St. Marys Ohio. That yellow with red interior Z was for sale on the other side of the showroom from my car at the time. I looked at it, and really liked it but thought who the hell would order a car like that? I couldnt afford that car back then, if it ever came up for sale I wonder what it would take to get it now?

Some people just can't read. We had a hard time getting the blood out of the carpet after this shark was done.
