My fans are coming on with the key in the on position but not started...kind of like when you run a diagnositic on a car.
Bad relay?
Is the chip in correctly.
Grounded relays.

This hasn't happened before? Is this the red car or the black one?
If the check sum has been disabled, fans will come on.

Relays are fine, swapped with the 90...this is the 92......took it for a drive....damn, now I remember why an 1800rpm lanch is needed!
Fans are still coming on though

 say what?
Usually if the fans are running and the idle is high, you've got a PROM error. I think a code 51, or something. A bad burn, or wrong checksum will cause this, or the prom not seated properly.
Is the check engine light on, or "sys" displayed in odometer window?
