I'm going to break this up into two threads to fit all of the pictures in. Here's what I've done so far.

Set up for port match machining on CNC vertical mill.

After its done and off the machine.

I took killer video of the plenum being machined with my cell phone. It only took 45 seconds to machine that. But I have a bad habit of putting my cell phone in my shirt pocket and it fell out. R.I.P Palm trio 700wx. So no video.
Port match machining was a suggestion from Jerry. Even if I couldn't go down any further than .375 deep it will give me superb port maching with the rest being done by hand. Now I've got to do the same thing to the injector housings.

Some what. Plus it gives a boundry to stay within for the hand work. The gap is .400 wide. I've seen them bigger, smaller and not at all on p/p plenum. I don't know weather it makes a difference. But I've seen more siamesed than not.

Rick,that looks killer.

That's how i did my plenum, ported 37+ mm then siamesed (just plenum) IH's are also done to 37+ mm not siamesed.

Thanks man. I'm going to bolt the thick finalic plenum gaskets to the injector housings and machine the gaskets and injector ports all at once. You can't get a better port/gasket match than that.
