I took a look at the band website - very nice BTW---

I see you are the drummer in the band! (your MySpace link is down BTW)

I am a Blues Harmonica and Guitar player myself. Sure would like to see your band someday. Maybe you will do a dvd vid someday or have one you could send me to watch. Until you go National and come to Chicago so I can see you live! LOL

Must be interesting to have the name Steve Miller and be a Hard Rock Drummer. No doubt you have read abt Steve and his father the Doc. and all of the blues artists in TX that would visit with his dad and how it motivated him to get into music? I think it is in the big "Guitar Player" book I read all of that about him.

We did a bot of googling on Myles Evans and see that your teacher has quite the background and band list. His latest band VEH looks to be very progressive. http://www.myspace.com/mdedrummer http://www.expensivehobby.com/bios.html http://guitar27.webs.com/theplayers.htm

We also read the Bobby Rock Wiki article (+ his website) on him as well. Impressive Peavey NA Drum Clinic Tour and band list as well. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bobby_Rock http://www.bobbyrock.com/bio.html

I see your bass player is a dentist by day and rocker by night.

Scroll down on my ZR-1 page to the 1/2 + mark to see my gear.

Hey there,

Thanx for looking!! I am very proud of the band. It is a lot of work. Here is something funny, I am Steve Miller as you noticed. My guitarist is named Glenn Campbell!! He and I have been friends for years.

Myles has been my teacher/ best friend/mentor since I was 16. He is a phenominal drummer!! Bobby Rock of course is a drumming legend!! So I am fortunate to have studied under them.

You can find videos of my band on Youtube. Look up Alive-n-kickin dont stop believin'. The clips have our old singer Dimetrius, but are still a great representation of us. The user name ank80s has about 4-6 videos of us there. Also the band is on myspace under alive-n-kickin, you can find my myspace link thru that.

I also play guitar and used to work at the Paul Reed Smith factory in the 80's earl 90's before they went to machines building everything. I have some Les pauls and strats and Prs's. But drums are my thing!!

Oh, and there is this habit of shredding tires with my ZR-1!!!!!
