Mounted under to plenum are 2 electronic boxes.
One towards the back seems to be ignition related (has 2 connectors, one of them held in w/ 1/4" hex). Then there is another box towards the front w/ 3 electric connectors and a vacuum line. Anyone know what this is?

One bolted to the Plenum is the Ignition Module
Not sure what the other one is

The ignition module should have three connectors. One on the back with the 1/4" hex, and two that clip on the underside of it.
The only thing with vacuum lines and an electronic connector that I can think of under the plenum is the switch that activates the secondaries.
Can you take some pictures?
Edit: Attached to the plenum, the other thing would be the MAP sensor. It has a single vacuum line, and like a 3-wire connector going to it. But it's on the backside of the plenum, you can remove it without removing the plenum first.

Sorry! Too late. I pulled and installed the plenum 3 times in 2 days due to check valve and I am too tired to pull it again.

Hmmm...
May be it's one module but I mistook it.

The one with the vacume hoses is the "secondary port throttle vacuum actuator solenoid". It recieves an electrical signal from the ECM to open and close your secondary butterflies.

One is the secondary MAP sensor. The other is an ESC.

Thanks.
I better order me a service manual.
I had one for 1991 but when I totaled my 91, I threw it out like an idiot.
