Is the 96 Suburban the only option or can the LT1 pumps be used?

96 Burb should use same pump as 96-99 Tahoe and Yukon, and Fullsize pickups too, FWIW.

I have 2 from the 21K mile car, one is good, will buy one new swap and test.

The LT1 and 454 do seem to be the same E3270 part

$180 for two pumps that you have to swap in, it's not much more for full assemblies. They are or have been available in the $250 range, and you get a new level sender and whatnot as well.

I think Lee is in DEFCON 5, rolling pin and iron skillet alert since the other Z showed up. So that might be the best option for him until those DYMAGs are out of there. GC

Where are the wires grounded?

Check the pins at ECM to Ground with DVM..

but the ground lug for the O2 is on the Bell housing
