Anyone ever consider adding weight the rear end of the car. Wondering if you delete the spare and place the equivalent weight lower, if it would assist with traction? Just thinking about the avantage the newer cars have with the transaxle.

what i did that seemed to work really well was take out the spare tire and carrier, fill the gas tank all the way up ,disconnected the front sway bar at the uprights and also the rear bar the same way . put the fx3 setting on touring <i do have coil overs ) it dropped my 60 ft times from 1.90 to 1.65. car hooked so well i snapped a 1/2 shaft on the 3rd run due to previous owner putting in japan u joints i now have 800 series u joints in everything .hope this helps
