Hello,

I have oil leaking from a sensor that I can't seem to identify. Sorry, I can't even get an angle to take a picture of it. It is not the oil temperature or oil pressure sensor.

It is located on the right side of the engine near the front and best described as below the area of the cam cover where the oil fill cap is, but down on the block. I looked through the FSM and can't find this sucker. What the heck is it?

Thanks in advance.

Please disregard. Searching forums again, I found it is the low oil pressure sensor. It appears to be AC Delco D1846 (Switch, oil pressure gauge) Thanks Tyler!!

Another leak source in that area is the oil low pressure sensor just above the arrow. When it leaks the oil runs down the wire so it may not appear to be what is leaking. It is not shown in the 90 manual and is not the same as the one located on the right front of the motor. The sensor turns on an idiot light below the speedometer.
