Years ago, hot rods used to have a cut off switch to prevent theft. Now we have VATS and other security measures plus we have good insurance coverage. Now that being said, I came across this fuel cut off switch that seems to be plug and play, might be of interest to some owners:
Remote Fuel Pump Switch
Remote switch can be used to disable fuel pump
during oil pump priming (start-up) or as an additional
security measure to prevent vehicle theft. Simple
plug-in installation utilizing the under-hood fuse
distribution block. Mounts quickly using the supplied
heavy duty hook and loop fastener. Fits 1990-95 ZR-1.
$75
Also if anyone wants to comment on these products mainly the insulator plates?

Here are the HP claims: http://www.zr1products.com
400 RWHP seems very aggressive to me without porting and polishing etc. Thoughts?

from what i have heard about randy ,he is very honest. he might have cooled the plenum and then run the motor before all the way (water temp ) warm . i know when corey was dynoing my white 92 . we let her sit for an hr with the fan blowing on the plenum while we did lunch , and she made 17 more hp than when the car was all the way warm . cooling the plenum can make big power . i thought about putting an airconditioning vent that would blow just under it while in the staging lanes . but the i can get out there with ideas

How about one of those big blocks you stick in the freezer and put in your cooler?? Problem is the plenum would melt the plastic and the hood wouldn't close :dontknow:
If your motor was powdercoated, you could pack the plenum with some ice. Stock paint job would be ruined
I'm just saying, I don't really like they way those parts look installed but HP is HP if the claims are accurate.

Ron lives 4 miles from my house. I visited his place when I bought the flywheel bolts before installing the Fidanza. Immaculate garage, straight up guy.
