Have to jump out of Vettedom for awhile and put out some fires so to speak.
New owner may pop his head in here at some point, he carries the same if not more enthusiasm for the ZR1 than most. Heck of a good guy.
Will have plenty more miles put on it, not shelved away in a garage somewhere to rot.
Want to thank you guys for years of support, tons of laughs and a good learning curve on imo the greatest Vette ever made.
In the meantime Ill be finishing up the 67 in a hurry, moving and starting over completely.
Would be nice to own another someday and if I did it would be another black 90, Im a sucker for them .
Thanks Guys! :worship:
Oh and Jeff.......your legs are hairy buddy!
Seriously thanks for all the help you are #1 my friend not to mention plenty others here.
Glad to hear of the sale, Good Luck and don't be a stranger. You are a part of the group with a ZR1 OR NOT.

I know I speak for many in saying we are sad to hear that you needed to sell your baby. However we hope you still hang out here some and certainly look forward to the day you get another KOTH.

I'm now up to LT4 status :dancing
I have a question, is the LT4 a better motor then the LT5. I hear its way underrated at the factory. Some produce like 400 from the factory.:jawdrop:
When do I get LT-5 status? :icon_scra

Ron,
Nice chatting with you from time to time. Glad you sold your car. Maybe I'm next. PM me if you did anything special to sell it that might help me with selling #458.
Thanks again for adding to this great forum.

Didnt do anything special Hammer it just took someone who was serious about actually buying one (who had the money) and physically seeing it. Ironically he wasnt a forum member.
After having it for sale for a yr and way to many jerkoffs, dreamers, lowballers, no-callers someone actually saw it and it was a done deal.
He understands what the car is. Good luck to you on your search for a new owner.

Watched it go down the road tonight, never heard it from the outside.
Sounded throaty like an old Big Block with turbos and turndowns.....
Guy is excited like a little kid.
