i was touch & go on it until the last minute to snag it:happy1:. 9K U.S. means approx. $10,600.00 Canadian right now for me with the dollar exchange plus another $500-700 in shipping, duty, brokerage, so 11K+ didn't add up for me. i thought if i could steal it, like a LOT of people are doing these days to the ZR-1 world, i'd go for it. for a few more thousand i'd buy Hammer's car. well more than a FEW, but you know what i mean.

I was watching it pretty seriously too, but seeing a 405 & a 375 on the engine stands in my garage already made me ask why pretty often. I was in the $8000 range.

I was in the $8000 range.your right on the money Jerry;). if i didn't have one already, as you do x 2, i'd be willing to spend a little more cash...but...if i'm buying "another" one it has to be on my agenda:hello:. plus the pictures of the one on the "bay" had the outside framework of the crate missing & i was a little worried about how they would package it up before shipping...some people would just leave it on the pallet as in the pictures & call it done[-X

Now that engine put into this car would make one unique and nice ride>>>

I wanted that engine very badly but the seller would not answer a few questions.

AND....momma was not too excited since I have a few others in cars that I don't drive often.:o

Come on Ted, this is group therapy! Admit it! Say "I am a ZR-1 addict."

Come see me some day!

I may (or may not) have a problem. Know of a dark red metallic '95 anywhere???

I told my wife that if I bought my LT5 project motor I won't be tempted to buy a 2nd Z. which is what I saif after I bought my Dymag Gen IIs, and then the Gen Is.

Flew 1000 miles for a business trip today........ got off the plane and immediately drove over to a dealer to test drive a 90 Z.

I think my wife looked about like this when I call from dealership:eek:

I am a ZR-1 addict.
