For a car with only 11,500 miles, Girlfriends front end was surprisingly dirty.
First thing Wifey said was...
You've Lost Your Mind!
And then...
You've never done that to my car!!!:icon_scra

Thanks for the inspiration...I saw the need to do mine this afternoon after changing out my radiator. It's amazing how easy those aluminum parts clean up...I've done it on my '85.

I used ZEP Professional Strength Stainless Steel cleaner, an assortment of small brushes, 00 steel wool & paper towels.
I bought the ZEP at my local Home Depot. It works great on my barbecue, so I figured I'd give it a try on the car and it really worked well.

very very nice work. i actually drove my Z in snow once. :jawdrop: i was forced to though. had to drive it home from Tampa in back to Salt Lake City in December. i was nervous as hell. since then, the Z has not seen ANY inclement whether and i am keeping it that way.
